Mental Health

This article has a happy ending, I promise. But the middle bit was pretty hard to write and I would imagine is going to be pretty hard to read. If this sounds familiar then please get help immediately; if you know of someone for whom this sounds familiar then please check in on them. My recovery was only possible because friends were there for me — once I told them what was going on. There’s people out there who care; find them, reconnect with people, do things that make you happy.
